We have enough to worry about these days – how about we take a chill pill with a little break from our current reality? Come as you are and join us for some 90's grunge rock yoga. We'll have a 1 hour fun flow to all your favorite old skool tunes, plus a tasty (healthy!) party food demo with recipes and chit chat after.

Jenna Hill is a yoga teacher from Boston who specializes in mindful movement for all levels of yogis. During the 90’s you could find her at your local dive bar whipping her curls back and forth to Nirvana, STP and Pearl Jam.
